Triple Diamond Director
Congratulations to Triple Diamond Director Randy Gage, winner of the 2007 Leader of the Year award! He was presented the award at the second annual leadership retreat in Maui, Hawaii with approximately 70 Senior, Corporate and Diamond Directors in attendance. Last year's winners, Diamond Directors Tony and Sarah Zolecki, were also in attendance and passed on the award, which was presented by Agel's CEO Glen Jensen, President Craig Bradley and Vice President of Global Sales Jeff Higginson.
"Randy Gage is the complete leader and a perfect example of the kind of leaders we are looking for in Agel right now," said Jeff Higginson. "He is charismatic and respectful and truly loves the people in his organization. He fully meets the criteria set in place to be Agel's leader of the year."
The Leader of the Year award was reviewed by the Agel executive team and based on the following criteria: The team member must be part of the Agel organization for a full year and actively pursuing the business. They must lead in several categories, including enrollments, organizational autoship and increasing the percentage of organizational autoship. They must also utilize a proven system of duplication and be a leader in supporting the AgelCares foundation and in helping people around the world.

Double Diamond Directors
Bruno Grilo has built a strong and successful Agel business in a time frame that is unheard of in most industries. His upline sponsor and mentor Double Diamond Director Ann Feinstein shares some of her thoughts on his amazing success:

Diamond Directors
Francisco Nunes and Ines Costa had one goal when they joined Agel in August 2007 - to pay the rent on their home. Two days after enrolling as members they had accomplished that goal and began to form new goals, as well as a belief that with a "little" work outside of their full time jobs, they would bring home a "little" extra money. However, within four months of their goal to make a "little" extra money came the rank of Diamond Director and the impressive income to go with such an achievement.
Within the first month of building their business, they had enrolled an outstanding eighteen people. By their second month in Agel they were Directors. And by October, which was their third month building their business, they were Corporate Directors and had helped their sponsor and brother-in-law, Bruno Grilo, reach the rank of Diamond Director. Now as Diamonds themselves, they have a team of over 2,000 people and for them, Agel is more than just making a few extra dollars - it's their lifestyle.
